The crew of the Motorhome Diaries left Alabama last night and wanted to give an photo summary of some of the people we’ve enjoyed hanging out with over the last few weeks.

Adam interviewed Thomas Woods at the Ludwig von Mises Institute on his bestselling book “Meltdown” and how the U.S. Government is destroying wealth in this country.

Here the crew of the Motorhome Diaries poses with the people that made our time in Birmingham so groovy. That’s Adam to the left, then Kevin (the owner of the home where M.A.R.V.was painted) then Pete (shirtless… again), yours truly, Steven Gordon and Thomas Pearson (hosts of the MHD Birmingham meetup and good friends) and Jacon Lovell (who has been a big help and is currently travelling with us).

But I was sad to leave my bud Tom and wish he was traveling the country with us.

In Montgomery, Alabama we met Jimmy Mccall on the property that the city is attempting to seize from him. We interviewed Mr. McCall and are working on a report that details the City of Montgomery’s theft of property. Thanks to Professor David T. Beito, chairman of the Alabama State Advisory Committee of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights for letting us know about this abuse. Look for video interviews with both Mr. McCall and Professor Beito.

Our final event in Alabama took place in Auburn and provided my favorite photo yet. While everyone that attended our shootin’, barbequein’, off-roadin’ meetup is badass we all hammed it up for the photo above. I had an excellent time with these wonderful libertarians and a big thanks goes out to Catherine (front) and Chris (behind Pete and me) for hosting a great meetup.
