Back on May 20th, Pete and I had the privilege to appear on Judge Napolitano’s Freedom Watch on FoxNews.com after our our illegal and immoral treatment by the Jones County Sheriff’s Department. The Judge, currently the senior judicial analyst for Fox News, was previously a life-tenured Superior Court judge in the State of New Jersey so we appreciated him weighing in on our case. Judge Napolitano, currently the senior legal analyst at Fox News, gave us some good legal advice on the supreme courts ruling in Arizona v. Gant.
Later on our travels I had the opportunity to meet Judge Napolitano at the Columbus, Ohio Tea party. Where he reminded the attendees that the “camera is the new gun” and that we have not just the right but the responsibility to film government employees in the performance of their official duties.
