An Austrian Economics View of the Criminal Justice System by Daniel D’Amico

OLATHE, KS – As y’all frequent readers of this blog know, we recently had the chance to sit-down with Dan D’Amico, assistant professor of economics at Loyola University. In this video he gives and overview of Austrian Economics and applies the powerful tools this school has to the issue of the criminal justice system to try to determine a better way to hold offenders accountable.

If you like what Dan had to say on this video I encourage you to check out his personal website and these other two short related videos we posted:

The Growing Reality of Anarchy (2:47)
Why I’m a Voluntaryist by Dan D’Amico for the Evolutionaries Project (2:03)
